RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS

Return of Quality Goods, based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) approving the Retail Trade Rules, as well as the Retail Trade Rules themselves.

In the event that the Consumer concludes a purchase-sale agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) using only means of communication (a distance contract) and, therefore, cannot exercise the legal right to inspect the goods and assess the nature of the services provided before concluding the Agreement, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one Agreement, they have the right to fully reject all goods purchased under that Agreement or only some of the goods purchased under that Agreement. The specified 14-day period for submitting a written request begins on the day the item(s) are handed over to the Buyer or their authorized representative and is not extended or otherwise linked to the return or delivery of the goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the Seller’s control. Quality goods purchased may be returned within 14 days if:

  • the returned item is in its original, undamaged packaging;
  • the item is unused and undamaged;
  • the item has not lost its commercial appearance (labels are intact, protective films not removed, bags, etc.);
  • the returned item is complete with all documentation provided by the manufacturer;
  • the purchase document and warranty card (if issued) are presented when returning the item.

Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:

  • goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order or clearly tailored to them, or goods which, by their nature, after being delivered to the Buyer, cannot be returned due to loss (deterioration) of commercial qualities, are perishable, or have an expiration date;
  • in other cases where withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement is not permitted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Please deliver the returned item to our store. When returning quality goods, the Buyer is responsible for:

  • packaging the goods;
  • delivering the goods (except in cases where an incorrect item was received).

We may refuse to accept a returned item if the item or its packaging has been altered beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, including damaged labels, removed protective films, or damage to transparent packaging that does not prevent the Buyer from exercising the right to inspect the item.

If packaging damage prevents the item from being resold at the same price without infringing the rights of another Buyer to purchase a new, unused item, such goods may be returned only by mutual agreement (e.g., if you agree to compensate for the depreciation in value).

When returning an item purchased from the online store, we will ask you to provide a free-form written request specifying detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, and delivery date. The request must include an account number for the refund.

We undertake to refund your payment within 14 business days, excluding the time required for the authorized service center to confirm that the item is in proper condition (i.e., no damage or alterations, unchanged parts, matching serial number of the purchased and returned item, etc.).

If an additional discount was applied to your order at the time of purchase and you return only part of the goods purchased in that order, we may deduct the discount amount from the refunded sum.

In the event that the Consumer concludes a purchase-sale agreement in the Seller’s physical store and has the opportunity to exercise the legal right to inspect the goods and assess the nature of the services provided, a request to return quality goods may be satisfied only with the Seller’s consent, as provided for in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code.

This provision applies to non-returnable goods specified in the Retail Trade Rules:

  • electrical machines and equipment, sound recording and playback devices, and television image and sound recording and playback devices (Combined Nomenclature codes – 8501-8548);
  • other goods specified in point 17 of the Retail Trade Rules.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
Return of goods after purchasing a defective item and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) approving the Retail Trade Rules, as well as the Retail Trade Rules themselves.

In cases where the reason for returning the item is the purchase of a defective product, we undertake, at our own expense, to repair the purchased item, replace the defective item with a product of proper quality, or refund the amount paid for the item, once an authorized service center confirms that the product is defective due to the manufacturer’s fault—that is, no damage caused by improper use by the Buyer has been identified, no alterations or replacements of parts have been made, and the serial numbers of the purchased and returned items match, etc.

9. Warranty

New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
For used products, the warranty period (if a warranty is provided) is specified in the product description.
For warranty repairs, you must present the warranty card when delivering the item.
